Mabelle is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Esthetician with expertise in many healing modalities. She is passionate about holistic therapies, nurturing the nervous system, and promoting emotional, physical, and spiritual healing.

Mabelle's hunger for knowledge and determination to help heal others is deeply personal. She sought holistic healing to overcome her own emotional and physical trauma after the loss of her beloved family members and surviving breast cancer.

As a trauma survivor, Mabelle understands how trauma can accumulate in the body and manifest itself in many ways. She now provides her clients with many of the same treatments that helped her heal.

 She considers herself a "forever student," eager to learn. She loves to read and is always studying the brain. After earning her bachelor's degree in Public Administration, she pursued her esthetician and massage therapy licenses and continues to stay in tune with the latest healing techniques through continued coursework.

 Her credentials include certifications in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Advanced Manual Lymph Drainage - Management of Post-Plastic Surgery Procedures, Micro Current Point Stimulation - Scar Release Therapy, Vagus Nerve Stimulation, Micro Current Point Stimulation - Auricular Therapy and Sound Healing Therapy. She is also trained in CranioSacral Therapy and Somato Emotional Release.

 Her passion for helping others fuels Mabelle. Her clients appreciate Mabelle for more than her technical expertise. They value the safe space she creates, allowing vulnerability without judgment. Her commitment to whole-body healing is reflected in her treatments, delivering beautiful skin and soul comfort and confidence. She uses organic and natural products for all her treatments. 

Mabelle believes self-care is vital to mental and physical health—a tenet she lives out through her interests in meditation, kayaking, hiking, and enjoying nature.   She enjoys vacations during her favorite fall season with her husband and goes to the peace of the mountains, where she can connect with nature and enjoy changing the leaves.

She was born in the beautiful country of Chile, known for its many vineyards. Her fondest childhood memories are visiting her grandparents in Chile and enjoying meals, laughter, and family time under their grape-covered pergolas. She was raised on the island of Puerto Rico.
